  • PROGRAM TUITION

    • Cost: $2,900 (regularly $3,900 at Lagree HQ)

    • Deposit: $500 due upon enrollment

    Following the $500 deposit:

    • Option 1: Save 10% (off of total tuition) with one (1) upfront payment of $2,110

    • Option 2: Two (2) payments of $1,200 (1st payment due upon Orientation, 2nd payment due upon the last day of training)

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    To be eligible to apply to the LFBA Signature Teacher Training program, candidates must have completed a minimum of 20 Lagree classes at LFBA

  • STAGE 1

    WEEKEND 1 + 2 (MANDATORY)

    • Intensives: Establish a strong foundation in Lagree Method principles, including effective form, range of motion, and time under tension

    STAGE 2

    WEEKEND 3

    • Enhancements: Apply LFBA-coded teaching techniques in real-time through focused workshops and exercises

    STAGE 3

    WEEKEND 4

    • Finalization & Evaluation: Integrate all post-clinic enhancements with everything you’ve learned by leading a community class and receiving personalized one on one coaching with a Master Trainer/Mentor

MEET YOUR MASTERS

  • Studio Owner, Methods Educator

    Kat discovered Lagree in 2015, became a certified Trainer in 2017, licensed Studio Owner in 2019, and Official Master Trainer in 2021. To date, she has opened 7 studios in the Bay Area, CA, co-founded Lagree Oahu in Hawaii (3 studios and counting), and certified over 400 Lagree Trainers. Her newest venture will debut in Summer 2026 🔥

    After many iterations of the LFBA Signature Certification, Kat’s mastery of the Lagree method and approachable teaching style launched the development of her virtual learning portal: Lagree Master Class.

    When complete, Lagree Master Class will serve as a Continuing Education portal with added values of: a high-quality video library; exclusive seminars and workshops; monthly live study groups, and other helpful resources.

    Finally, with the success of LFBA, Kat discovered a newfound passion for Social Wellness and Community Building outside of the studio, and organizes health and fitness events as a Co-Founder of The Bay Area Wellness Collective.

  • LULULEMON AMBASSADOR, STRENGTH & MOVEMENT CONDITIONING EXPERT, NASM CPT AND PREGNANCY & POSTPARTUM ATHLETICISM COACH

    Job is a passionate advocate for movement, strength, and conditioning, with a journey rooted in yoga, professional dance, and aerial artistry. He discovered his true calling as a world champion pole dancer and movement coach, combining his love for physical expression with innovative training methods.

    Since beginning his Lagree journey in 2015, Job has embraced this transformative method as a cornerstone of his fitness practice. Its focus on strength, endurance, and overall core strength aligns seamlessly with the demands of his profession. In 2024, Job earned the title of Level 3 Master Trainer, a testament to his dedication and expertise.

    Through his coaching, Job inspires others to elevate their fitness journeys, blending artistry, strength, and precision to unlock their full potential.

  • LFBA OPS & PROCESSES LEAD, TECHNICAL MOVEMENT SPECIALIST

    With over a decade of experience in competitive ballroom dance and five years as a Lagree trainer, Richelle brings a distinctive, precision-based approach to movement. Her dance background—deeply rooted in discipline, musicality, and biomechanics—sharpened her eye for form and technique. In addition her accomplishments as a marathon runner instilled a strong foundation in endurance, consistency, and mental resilience. Together, these experiences shape a teaching style that is technically refined and grounded in both strength and stamina.

    Her commitment to excellence and growth in the Lagree space was recognized in March 2025, when she earned the title of Level 3 Master Trainer, highlighting her technical mastery and contribution to the method.

    Off the mic, Richelle supports Operations and Processes at LFBA, developing and optimizing internal systems that support the success of trainers and the growth of the LFBA community. Whether on the floor or behind the scenes, she’s driven by a passion for movement, performance, and progress.
