  • While beginners are welcome to All Levels classes, please understand that this is a very challenging, full-body, weight-bearing workout class. Our Trainers will do our best to offer modifications, however there are many moves that cannot be modified. Go slow, listen to your Trainer, and modify with range of motion first.

    • New Clients will need to arrive 5-7 minutes early for an orientation; if this orientation is missed, it is the Trainer's discretion whether you may take class or need to reschedule based on your experience

    • If you are 3:59+ minutes late to class, your spot will be given to the next Client on standby and you will lose your pass

    • GRIP SOCKS REQUIRED; we have grip socks, towels, and water bottles available for purchase

    • Wear active/workout clothes, good hygiene, and a smile

    • Parking is free; arrive early - if you miss the orientation we may turn you away and you'll need to reschedule

    • Be prepared for and open to a VERY CHALLENGING (and confusing at first!) full-body workout with a STEEP learning curve

  • No, we cannot predict when or what the chances are that a spot will open.

    The 4 Rules to the Waitlist are:

    1. wait to receive an email notification

    2. if you do not receive a notification, refresh your schedule; if the class shows on your schedule, you are confirmed into the class

    3. if you're still unsure, reach out to us directly no more than 4 hours prior to the start time and

    4. if you no longer want to wait for an opening - remove yourself from the waitlist; if you do not remove yourself from the waitlist and are added into the class, you will lose the class if you cancel or be charged a $20 no show fee if you don't show up

    • You may modify or cancel your reservations freely 8+ hours prior to the class start time

    • If you are new and arrive late to class, you may be asked to reschedule

    • If you arrive late to class, your spot may be given to the next student on standby

    • If you cancel within the 8 hour window prior to the class start time, this is considered "late" and you will lose the pass

    • If you do not show up, you will lose the pass and incur a $20 No Show fee charged to the card stored on file - please read "Rules to the Waitlist"

  • Please follow these instructions for your guest to receive a single pass:

    1. Have your guest create an account on MINDBODY

    2. Send us their name and email address

    3. We’ll upload a complimentary Guest Pass into their account for which they will receive a confirmation receipt

    4. Don’t forget to book the class - your guest must then apply the Guest Pass into a class using the “Book” button on our schedule or through the Mindbody app

    Notes on the Guest Pass:

    • active Members receive only 1 Guest Pass to gift per month

    • the Guest Pass expires in 30 days

    • All sales are final

    • No refunds, no exceptions

    • An account credit with a 1 year expiration may be issued
